About the Owners
Michael and Kelsey met in 2020 while working at a health club, where they worked with 100’s of clients, helping people lose collectively 1000’s of pounds. From the start, they shared a passion for helping people get real results, not just workouts, but structured guidance, accountability, and long-term progress.
Through their experience, they saw a gap. Too many gyms, big and small, lack true coaching and treat clients like numbers instead of individuals. That didn’t sit right with them.
That’s why they built Summit Strength around personal training done the right way.
