Charolette Bailey
Charlotte specializes in strength and conditioning, endurance training, and functional fitness. She's a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and a summa cum laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire. She has also tested her methods on herself: she competed at powerlifting Nationals and finished a 100-mile ultramarathon, both on programming she wrote. Whether a client wants to get stronger, finish a first half marathon, or take on an ultra, she builds training that is challenging, sustainable, and fits their goals and lifestyle. Her focus is on proper technique, smart progression, and resilience. She believes the mental side of training, showing up and trusting the process, matters as much as the physical one.
With years of teaching and leadership behind her, Charlotte knows how to meet people where they are. That experience ranges from coaching youth soccer to leading winter expeditions up Mount Washington. She creates a supportive, encouraging environment where every client, at any age or level, feels capable and confident. Outside the gym she's happiest outdoors, whether climbing, hiking the White Mountains, or getting her hands dirty in the garden. She believes strength is meant to be used out in the real world.
